CHTC Jiahua Nonwoven Co., Ltd. (thereinafter referred to HTJH) was founded by China Textile Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. which belonged to China Hi-Tech Group Corporation and Xiantao Jiahua Plastic Products Co., Ltd.. It’s registered in December, 2011 and located in the beautiful city of Xiantao which is the hinterland of the Jianghan Plain. HTJH has a registered capital of 80 million RMB and it’s total assets is nearly 300 million RMB by end 2012. It covers an area of 127,488 square meters and the construction area is 46,817 square meters. It currently has a staff of 200 people, including 65 people with college degree. The company has passed ISO 9001, ISO 13485 quality management system and got the CE Certification. At present, there are four PP Spunbond nonwoven production lines with an annual output of 12,000 tons, one SMMS production line with the annual output of 10,000 tons and one SSMMS production line with 8,000 tons annual output. In the quality testing center, there are more than 20 testing equipments and it has the most advanced testing technology in the same industry in China. In June, 2013, one SSS production line will put into production with an annual output of 8,000 tons while in early 2014 one 3200mm bicomponent SSMMMS RF4 production line will start production and the annual output will be 15,000 tons. The products are widely used as high-level medical and hygienic materials and served for many world’s top 500 companies. HTJH is specialized in the development, production and sale for nonwoven rolls and is a leader of the nonwoven industry in China.
