Our main equipment include various kinds of circular knitting machines (90 sets of weft knitting machines), 40 sets of German tricot knitting machines, 35 sets of Italian Sangiacomo computer jacquard underwear machines, 100 sets of high temperature or normal temperature dyeing machines, 66 sets of Germany Barmag FK6-V1000 High speed draw texturing machines and 80sets of raising machines, carding machines and natural luster finishing machines. Therefore, the capacity of DTY yarn is about 60,000 tons.The production capacity for knitted cloth has reached 25,000 tons, and 30,000 tons for dyed and finished fabrics. The whole moulding underwear manufacturing capacity has also reached 6,000,000 pieces.
