Shuicheng Steel, based in Southwest China reported excellent performance in production or even sales in November.

Sales income

In November, Shuicheng Steel realized CNY 1.574 billion revenue, up CNY 184 million over October; profit was CNY 1.4185 million.

Production

Pig iron production was 394,913 tonnes; crude steel production was 440,423 tonnes; steel products production was 435,513 tonnes. Steel productions grew up 30,700 tonnes over October and the average sales price increased CNY 52 per tonne.

Production cost

It used 350 kg coke for producing one tonne pig iron, down 15 kg from the designed standard; PCI consumption was 159 kg per tonne pig iron, down 6 kg from standard.

Sales

The steelmaker totally sold 429,900 tonnes of steel in November. The sales cost was only 3.09 RMB per tonne, saving 9.42 million RMB in total.
