Chapter V: Rectifying Automation Monitoring System
4.6 Sound-light alarm of event and fault
Pop up the corresponding alarm window and make different sound prompts in case of operation, login event, status change and fault in the system.

Multilevel authorized operation management mode can be designed in the system according to the user's production management needs.
5. Monitoring system software operation
5.1 Login
5.2 Real-time conditions
When the main interface of the monitoring system is entered for the first time, the default monitoring main screen is the real-time conditions screen, as shown in Figure 3.
The main interface of ZK-200 rectifying automation monitoring system is mainly composed of the main menu and main monitoring screen.
5.3 Main menu
At the top of the main interface of the monitoring system is the main menu screen, as shown in Figure 4.
Conduct following operation in the main menu screen:
: Click this button or the icon above to enter the real-time conditions screen.
: Click this button or the icon above to open the quik-fuses states window.
: Click this button or the icon above to enter the fault query screen.
: Click this button or the icon above to open the real-time alarm table and historical alarm table window.
: Click this button or the icon above to open the operation record window.
: Click this button or the icon above to open the real-time trend chart and trend chart window.
Click this button or the icon above to open the production statement window.
5.4 Main wiring diagram
In the middle of the real-time conditions screen is the main wiring diagram screen, as shown in Figure 6.
5.5 Rectifier unit operation monitoring
Click the button in the left of the real-time conditions screen to enter the operation monitoring screen of 1# rectifier unit, as shown in Figure 7.
The operation monitoring screen of 1# rectifier unit has the main functions as follows:
1) Display the main wiring diagram of the rectifier unit system.
2) Display the real-time analog quantity: DC voltage, DC current, on-load gear and conduction angle.
3) Display real-time working status of all equipment in the rectifier system.
4) Operate the rectifier control cabinet, on-load switch and other equipment.
The operation is as follows:
① On-load switch operation
Click the button to pop up the window as shown in Figure 8.
The operating authorization for the on-load switch must be greater than 200.
② Rectifier operation
Start conditions of rectifier: no total fault or repeated fault.Click the button to pop up the following dialog box for secondary confirmation of rectifier start.
Click the button to pop up the following dialog box for secondary confirmation of rectifier stop.
5) Rectifier unit current setting adjustment
Click the given current in the figure to pop up the value input box. Input the required current value and press Enter key. The current quickly rises to the given current value.
Current fine tuning operation method: set the lifting/falling current value each time and then click the current up/down button to increase and decrease the current, as shown below
5.6 Immediate event alarm window
In case of new event, the system pops up the window, as shown in Figure 14 and issues the event sound. Click the button in the screen to eliminate the sound.
In case of fault, the system pops up the window, as shown in Figure 15 and issues the event sound. Click the button in the screen to eliminate the sound. Click the button to enter the fault query window

Click the button or the icon in the main menu to enter the fault alarm screen, as shown in Figure 17.
In case of fault, the light indicator of the corresponding fault turns red. Click the button [复位] to reset the fault when the fault disappears.
8. Alarm record
8.1 Real-time alarm form
Click the button icon in the main menu to open the real-time alarm form window, as shown in Figure 18.
This form lists all events, faults, occurrence time and other information currently existing in the system. The events and faults, if not confirmed by the operator, are fully in red and, if confirmed, turn to blue and the confirmation time and date are displayed.
8.2 Historical alarm form
Click the button in the real-time alarm form window to open the historical alarm form window, as shown in Figure 19.
Click the buttonto query all fault alarm and event alarm records of the system.

9. Operation record
Click the button in the main menu to open the operation record screen window, as shown in Figure 20.
This form can be used to query all historical operation records in the system.
Click the date control to select the date.
Click the query display button to select the query mode and display the content to be queried.
Click the icon to print the query content。
10. Trend chart
10.1 Real-time trend chart
Click the button in the main menu to open the real-time trend chart window, as shown in Figure 21.
This window can display the real-time curve of all analog quantities.
Curve selection method: click the button to select the curve to be displayed.
10.2 Historical trend chart
Click the button in the real-time trend chart to open the historical trend chart window, as shown in Figure 22.
The main functions and operation of the historical trend chart are as follows:
① Choose to display the historical curve of various analog quantities respectively and simultaneously.
② Choose the time quantum to display the curve.
③ Query the analog quantity at any time.
④ Query the average value from the initial section to the end section.
⑤ Print the displayed curve.
11. Production statement
Click the button in the main menu to open the production statement window, as shown in Figure 23.
Query the daily statement data of all analog quantities of the rectifier unit within recent year in this window.
Query method: click the date choice box to select the date and display the daily statement to be queried.
Click the icon to print the query content。.
12.User login
Click the button to pop up the login screen window, as shown in Figure 8.
Enter the correct username and password to log in successfully.
13.User logout
Click the button to log out.
14. Monitoring system software installation
14.1 Hardware requirements:
1. INTEL machine and its compatible machine
2. VGA, SVGA and graphic display card supporting Windows256 colors
3. Basic frequency above 100MHZ, memory no less than 1G and hard disk no less than 20G
4. Runtime environment: Windows 7
14.2 Installation steps:
1. Install the operating system Windows xp
2. Install the configuration software.
3. Install the monitoring system project documents
The application program project documents of ZK-200 rectifying automation monitoring system include monitoring software and database installed in D disk. The specific operation is as follows:
1) Monitoring software installation
Installation path: D:\yilang
The system has been backed up. Make one-key reset of the system after system destruction to copy the backup monitoring software in the path of D disk. The project can be recovered to normal operation.
2) Database installation
Installation path: E:\yilang
Database mainly stores: ① Various historical data in operation of the monitoring system
② Alarm window database documents
③ Event and alarm ring
④ Operator document
3) Define the data source
① Enter the control panel in Windows 7system.
② Double click the management tool icon.
③ Double click the data source (ODBC) icon.
④ Select the user DSN and click Add to open the new data source window.
⑤ Select Microsoft Access Driver (﹡.mdb) and click Finish to open ODBCMicrosoft access installation window.
⑥ Enter the data source name "yl' and click Select to open the selected database window.
⑦ Select the path: E:\yilang\Alarm。
⑧ Click OK and close the selected database window.
⑨ Click OK and close ODBCMicrosoft access installation window.
⑩ Click OK, close ODBC data source manager window and complete data source definition.
Double click the icon on the desktop to pop up the project manager window. Select the project China National Salt Industry automatic monitoring system to be run and then click the run icon in the project manager to enter ZK-200 rectifying automation monitoring system.
15. Click the button [Login] in the main menu of monitoring system to enter the Uers management screen.
