Features

Control system: Integrate design of mechanical and electrical technology. Touch screen operation. PlC control and speed regulation by 6 inverters. It can store up to 500 sets of parameters.

Speed regulation control: Speed of cylinder, fabric, fabric tension, raising force are controlled by inverters. It has multiple usage.

Raising rollers: High strength thicken materials are used on roller body, which are balance tested and are not easy to distort. Roller ends uses force relief support design, which greatly increases the using life of bearings and also increases their anti-bend ability.

Raising rollers’ bearings: Using Japan made NSK brand bearings, which are oil free maintenance design and are with long using life.It has functions of zero start, fabric auto guiding and failure warning.

Pneumatic tensioning belts of raising rollers: The belts are entirely in loose when it stops, which is easy for cleaning broken fabric. Special designed transmission system prolongs the use of belts.
