How do I purchase your products?
We publish a number of different silk plant catalogs featuring our entire line of products. If you would like to buy artificial plants and trees please contact us or request a catalog and we will connect you with the appropriate designer to handle your request. Our product cannot be purchased online.

Do you have client sites I can visit that display your product?
Our silk plants and trees have been installed in over 50 countries worldwide. Since a lot of our product is sold through resellers we don’t always get specific installation addresses. However, we are happy to search our database to see if there is a convenient installation site for you to visit. We always welcome prospective clients to visit our manufacturing facility to get a detailed tour of our manufacturing process and also see the many different products we are currently building for clients.

What are the prices of your products?
Depending on whether you are interested in bulk artificial foliage or custom artificial trees, our products range from a few dollars a piece up to a thousand dollars plus. Regardless, we understand that our clients are working within a financial budget and the majority of the time we are able to manufacture a suitable solution that meets both the design specification and the budget.

How does your product ship?
We have a well engineered shipping and packaging process so that all of our plants and trees can be packed and shipped as economically as possible. From standardized corrugated cardboard boxes that ship via Small Parcel (Ground) to custom wooden creates that ship via LTL, we can pack just about all of our products. When artificial trees are too large to be packed in boxes or crates, we contract for semi trailers or sea containers and build internal framework so that the trees can be safely secured until they arrive at the client site.

Can you ship your product internationally?
Yes. Our product has been installed in over 50 countries. We offer both Ocean shipment (LCL, 20’ Sea Container, 40’ Sea Container) and Air shipment.

How do I get help selecting the appropriate plant or tree for my application?
We have a staff of project managers and designers standing by ready to help you with your project. Our team of professionals include horticulturists, landscape architects, master gardeners and designers all trained to help you no matter how big or small your request may be. From a single floor plant to a complete artificial landscape design, we are here to assist you.

Can you provide design assistance?
Yes. We have an entire team of designers and a graphic design department ready to help with simple plant selection to complete landscape design. Please contact us to discuss your project.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes. We have a large showroom in our factory that has been constructed to show our silk plants and trees as they would be used in applications. We have created various themes including tropical, wilderness and Asian. In addition, since our showroom is connected to our manufacturing facility clients have the ability to tour the production floor and review the craftsmanship of our finished trees and plants.
