The stainless steel forging is one of our core products. We had the long experience of the stainless steel forging productions. We use two kinds of production ways when forged the stainless steels:  open die forged and close die forged. 

We are not only available of the normal stainless steels, like the 316, 316L, 304, 304L, 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4418, 1.4432, 1.4462, 2205, F51, but also available of the customer made materials according to the demands or DIN, ANSI, EN standards. We had the right partner to supply us all kinds of stainless steels.

Thanks to our advanced techniques and equipments, so we had the full competences to forge the high difficulty products, like the thin-walled forgings, complex forgings, heavy forgings.

Except the machining surfaces, we shot blasted the other surfaces, so the surfaces of the stainless steel forgings from us are very nice. 

We had the CNC machining centers, CNC lathes and other machining equipments, so we are able to supply the finished stainless steel forgings.
