The cooling tube of the single-compressor condenser is generally a low-rib copper tube. The two ends can be interchanged to change the direction of the water pipe.
The process is multi-loop.
The tube sheet strength calculation of the single-compressor condenser is based on the authoritative pressure vessel design software SW6-1998 and SW6-2011 software package developed by the domestic national chemical equipment design and technology center station. Use Windows as the operating platform. Ensure that the thickness of the tube sheet meets the strength requirements of the product design pressure.
Maintenance
1) Ensure that the cooling tower, water supply system, water pump, and valve switches are normal and effective.

What is the effect of using a low-rib tube for the single-compressor condenser?
Answer: In the case of liquid-liquid heat transfer, when the convection heat transfer coefficient of the liquid outside the tube is smaller than that inside the tube, the use of low-rib tubes can enhance the heat transfer process. In the case of condensation heat transfer outside the tube, the use of low-rib tubes not only enlarges the heat transfer surface, but also facilitates the occurrence of condensation, thereby enhancing the condensation heat transfer.
