Founded in 1986, our factory covers an area of about 8,000 square meters. In 2007, to improve the production capacity, we renewed the partial of the buildings and expanded the production sites. In 2010, we expanded the production sites once again in order to improve the process and capacity. Now we have the floorage about 15,000 square meters.

Regarding the facilities, we have 2 sets high-speed punching presses, 4 sets automatic production lines, 1 set all-in –one automatic production line, 6 sets testing devices and systems and other production equipment. The hi-speed punching presses are equipped with more than 30 sets of moulds to fit to various kinds of motors made by us, covering the diameter of the stators from 80mm to 160mm. Except coil winding and varnish impregnating, most crafts of production are finished by the 5 sets automatic production lines. In fact, the craft of coil winding is finished by our 7 sets automatic coil winding machines respectively. After that, the coils are transferred to the automatic production lines for the next process. So far, we only have 1 production line that can perform 5 steps of production craft in one working cycle.

With more than 100 employees and the advanced facilities, our annual output is about 350,000 to 400,000 PCS of EVAP cooler motors, and the turnover is about CNY 50,000,000. 70% of our EVAP cooler motors are exported abroad. With the development of pig and poultry farms, the demand for exhaust fan motors from the domestic market is getting more and more. We enjoy the benefit from both domestic and abroad market.
