About the of shipping:
you can choose express delivery,airfreight,or seafreight.All depend on the quantity of order.
1,Express delivery--FEDEX,DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS.
For the small quantity,such as one or two,or ten pieces,you can choose express delivery that will be faster and safer,and you can receive the goods in your house,except the remote area.
2,Airfreight,
Also for the small quantity.It is more economic than express delivery,but you need to make customs clearance in your local city for yourself.
3,Seafright,
As the most economic means of transportation,seafright is suitable for bulk goods and full contianer cargo,but it iwill take muach more times to arrive at your destination.

1.How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.
2.Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can supply samples of most items. If you require the samples to be sent by DHL, Blue Dart, Fedex, etc., please suggest your detail address so that I can inquire for the freight for you. Our sample charge 150% of the quotation. We will turn the 50% back to you when you give me the order. It normally takes 1~2 weeks to prepare the sample(if 1 item).
3.Do you have products in stock?

Sorry, we do not always reserve stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details in the reply of your enquiry.
4.How much will the shipping charges be?

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories. However, lamp items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high. Provided emails with details including pictures, we will send replacements at our cost to repair the lamps or compensate new ones in some coming orders. In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.
